Contact Case Final Hearing

In this very complex Family Law Matter in which the Family was in the court for the third time (year after year) we at Court Help Limited were assisting and representing (with Right Of Audience granted by the Court). The opposite party was represented by an able Barrister, however the Court having considered everything made a decision in the best interest of the child, allowing for the child to have live i contact with her loving Father. At the closing of the hearing the Court thanked the Counsel of the Mother and thanking the Mckenzie Friend Mr Bhatnagar saying that it has been helpful to have his assistance and that the Court has been greatly assisted by this.
